If you are yet to fill out the UPSC form let us tell you that the date of application for the UPSC Civil Services Examination has been extended. Now you can contribute to the nature application variation till 18 February 2025. In case of any mistake in your form, you will be able to correct it from February 19 to February 25, 2025. The UPSC Preliminary Exam is scheduled for 8 May 2025.
UPSC Application Correction Date
Those candidates who have completed the UPSC form but have made any mistake in their form can correct the application form from 18 February to 25 February 2025. Online access to this correction facility will be provided.
Steps to Fill UPSC Application Form
To fill out the application form for UPSC CSE (Civil Services Examination), you have to visit the official portal and do a one-time registration first. After this, you have to enter your personal information and pay the required fee online. Do not forget to take a printout of the application form and save it after submitting the form.
UPSC CSE Application Fee
UPSC Civil Services Exam application fee is ₹100 for General, OBC, and EWS category candidates. Similarly, SC, ST, Divyanjan (PH,) and all category female candidates will be exempt from paying the application fee.
UPSC CSE Exam Date
UPSC will hold the IAS / IFS preliminary examination on May 25, 2025. Those MeitY candidates who have applied will be required to download the admit card a few days ahead of the exam date. Candidates are required to bring the admit card to the examination center on the day of the exam.
